Canon 75-300 ZoomStrengths: This lens have capability of zooming upto 300mm, Great lens for the price, it is the perfect fit for digital rebel xt camera, Takes great photos. Weakness: Too Big and the constuction is not that durable. Finally my conclusion is it is the great camera lens with more telephoto zoom for the price, It is well worth for the price and you won't be disappointed with the pictures it takes, it it light weight too.

Just okay for the priceStrengths: Cheap telescope lens compared to the many others out there Weakness: Auto focus is really slow, not of greatest quality in pictures I bought this mainly to capture sports shots and the auto focus on this lens doesn't quite do the job. It's not quick enough for me to take a picture and be satisfied with the results.

Canon EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 III Telephoto Zoom LensStrengths: super sharp & clear Weakness: no image stabilization I think this is a great lense for the $$. It delivers sharp, clear images, and gives more bang for your buck! I would highly rccomend this lense to amatures and pro's alike, it really delivers!

Canon 75mm-300mm lll F4-5.6 LensStrengths: Price, image quality (for the price),focus speed is satisfactory. Weakness: Need a tripod when shooting above 200mm. Focus can hunt at times. Great starter lens, I have taken great pictures with it. Its not the fastest focusing lens but it does keep up with my kids when they are either running around or rolling down a hill. Along with my 30D, it takes pictures good enough to show around. Stopping the lens down does improve the image quality. Of course this is not a L or DO series lens nor does it cost as much as one, so for what you...

Great zoom lens: Zoom Telephoto EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6...Strengths: Fast automatic focus, good sharp pictures, small Weakness: heavy This is a smaller lens then my old 70-210 and focus is quick. It would be nice to be a little lighter and I wish they made one that helped with jitter. The pictures were outstanding and f-stop was fine for what I use it for like outdoor pictures of scenes.

Great lens good priceStrengths: Cheap, Ease of use Weakness: no IS This lens is good I have no problem at all. I bought it extend capability of my lens kit. The picture came out ok. But if you like sharp and clear I would recommend Canon EF 75-300 F/4.5-5.6 IS USM which has IS and faster focus. It's more expensive but it's worth investment. The reason I selected this one because to combine to get triple rebate from Canon.

Zoom Telefoto EF 75-300 f/4-5.6 IIIStrengths: Inexpensive and takes acceptable telephoto images. Weakness: None really. This is a bottom of the line Canon lens. It is a god value. It focuses well and is not too heavy for a 300 mm zoom lens. The picture quality is acceptable for me. You can take handheld long focal lenght images that are well focused but you have to brace your arms or rest it on something otherwise many of the images will not be well focused due to movement. A tripod is a nesessity if many images...

budget lens with good qualityStrengths: good quality with cheap price Weakness: none Bought this lens for my new rebel XT, works better than my expectation. Bought this from Amazon Gold Box offer and it is really a deal since it will double my XT rebate. Took a few pictures and was impressed. Maybe L lens will be better but for $150, you can not ask too much.

Run, Forest, Run!
Strengths: Low price.
Weakness: Poor picture quality: This lens is very soft at just about all focal lengths. It is nearly impossible to produce decent pictures without a tripod with this lens.
I owned this lens for a few days, but made up my mind pretty quickly that it was not worth keeping it around. The lens is slow, loud, and hunts a lot. Its output quality is poor, to say the least, as it is chronically soft at just about all focal lengths. Handheld, most shots at higher focal lengths are likely to be blurred, unless you are using a tripod, of course. In fact, this is one of those...
