Two days later, I received a phone call from Morris saying they did not have the washing machine in stock, and that they had not run my credit card for the order. After lengthy discussions, I ordered the 5471 washer and dryer, at greater expense, with the understanding these items would ship the next day, April 5th, for arrival at my new home by April 12th. I received another order confirmation email, and daily spam. I received no shipment notice, so I started checking online. The order shipped yesterday, April 10th. I was told these machines were in stock, which was a lie, Abe's orders them upon receiving an order. Their customer service left me on hold for 25 minutes, and instead of helping me, put me back on hold to fetch the salesman who took my order. These people are lying scumbags. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are liars and cheats.	Overall Rating

JackDoe2012 from NY Member Since: 04/11/2012 View Member's: Reviews	I paid an extra $100 for "white glove" delivery that the website defines as A 2-person delivery team will be entering your home with your shipment.. they will remove the packaging unless otherwise directed. You can expect the delivery team to remove the product from the box outside your entryway. When i received my delivery it was one guy, who walked in my home put the box down and walked out. I thought he was going back out to get a box opener but he drove away. I called customer service who left me on hold for 1/2 hr and then directed me back to my original salesman whom proceed to tell me 2 people and box takeaway is only for appliances... it does not indicate this on your website! I paid $100 for him to carry it in my house? really? I had purchased a TV from Abes before with white glove delivery and they opened the box to inspect for damage and then took the packaging away.
