my first order was cancelled for some reason. no one could give me an explanation. i was not even notified about this. i had to call to find out about order status. i was on the phone for about an hour with no resoulution. now i had to reorder a week later and my new order is a week later arriving. not happy with first process. This is the second time I have ordered a laptop from Dell. The first time was September 25. The shipment never came and I received little if any help until day before yesterday when a customer rep called and let me know that it wasn't lost anymore but the computer was not even "made" because the Studio XPS 16 was "phased out". I was offered an XPS15 which I declined because if the 15 cost less they would not refund any of the $2400+ that the Studio XPS 16 cost. I then ordered the XPS 17 at a savings but I am still out the month of October and now the month of November. Not good for someone who is trying to buy a laptop for the first time because I needed it for the middle to end of October. The service was average at best because there were plenty of people to talk to but NO ONE COULD DO ANYTHING TO HELP. By the way the other customer number is 2002832328441. In the past I have been very pleased with Dell but that is quickly slipping away. Sue Brownlee Overall Rating

I wish there was an easier way to see what is included with a product. I really had to search and dig to find the information about the wireless card included with this netbook. My netbook arrived way ahead of schedule. I am enjoying the ease of use and the quality of this product!!! Thanks Overall Rating

Leading up to this purchase I found to be Dell to make me feel like a juggler's ball. bounce around trying to get my computer fixed. They were not understanding with my problem. I felt like they went by a list if is this, this is the problem. Talking to finance they just broke off the confersation right in the middle. All I wanted to know was what will my payment be after the purchase. I went with Dell again because I don't know it there is any better. Overall Rating

This is the second time I have had to order these ink cartridges. I checked on shipping date and was told that Dell did not receive the first order. I have faith that when an order is sent to your company online, you are supposed to receive it. That is why I got a credit card from Dell so I would not have these problems ordering supplies. Dell is a good reliable company. I tried to order the same item for my grandson in Hawaii from another murchant online Store but their site couldn't handle the information so they lost the sale. I often purchase for my kids in Hawaii and have my billing in Arizona. Overall Rating

I am very aggravated, as they said I had an invalid zip code. I have had the same zip code, since the beginning of zip codes. I I know it!!! Then they didn't like my way of putting my address: 595 S. 44th Ave. East. That's the way the addresses are in my town!! I will have to think good and hard before I order from Dell on line again. It took two days for them to accept my order. I am not happy!! Overall Rating
