They had the best price for the adapter/power cable I needed for my ibook after the Apple original snapped in a blue flash when I tripped over it. I could track the shipping from station to station as it crossed the nation and neared my door. Gosh, the FedEx driver even arrived when I was at home! I ordered Tuesday morning and it arrived the following Monday--ground shipping was free. The power cable appears to be new, but was in a package that had been resealed. It was the part I ordered and it works.	Overall Rating

I was outraged to see that Radio Shack (I will never set foot in that store again) wanted $25 bucks. BatteryValues.com charged me $8.50 and shipped it for free. FedEx refused to try again the same day, and their office was inconveniently distant. This was pretty troubling, since I really needed that battery the next day. This is mostly FedEx's fault, though. The battery works fine, and was a good price.	Overall Rating
